Neat and clean and well dried product . I used it for cooking restaurant style Delhi Wale Chhole for Chhole Bhature .
It produced good blackish tinge , typical Amla flavour and mild sour taste as was desired .

Be careful to eat, amla like a stone, but taste is good. I am keeping in the fridge for making amla more soft. To much was in the sun, next time keep less.

Amla very dry and hard, but after sometime in mouth, it will soften so that’s okay but I just started using it and already found few pieces where were sandy. Wondering what the quality of drying process is in terms of hygiene.
