Received a damaged product. Water is leaking from the base of the nose. With full water, it is also leaking from the top covered part

Pros: Looks good. Good size for my use which is 7-8 potted plants in the balcony.
Cons: All joints except the base leaks. When I pour the water on the plants, water falls where I do not want it to fall. So, 40% of the water is on the floor instead of on the plants. This is the biggest defect.
I chose this metal piece instead of a plastic to reduce usage of plastic.
But if the basic functionality of leakage is not taken care of then this should be sold as a decorative piece.
