Since there is awareness in people regarding pumpkin seeds, I personally started searching. I tried and liked it. So, I shopped it for my parents as well. Value for money. Taste, size, color are good. I usually use a mixture of dry fruits, not sure about wat is working but I have no leg pains since the day I started.
